Requirements
Problem:
Refinery 29 and Adidas must find a way to create an event that inspires young women in a creative way. While promoting the launch of the new Adidas NMD R1.
Solution:
Refinery29 will handpick selective women illustrators that are known in social media. In their own individual style, they will be designing the shoebox that Adidas will provide for the launch of the Product.
Opportunity:
Creating this platform to showcase talented women illustrators as well as inspiring up incoming young women artists. in the creative community.
Goals:

Videos editorials on the artist's creative process that will be on social media platforms.

Create an open gallery to showcase the Finished designs for the shoeboxes, for the new NMD R1 launch.
Lace as a verb means a entwine or tangle (things, especially fingers) together.
That’s exactly what this campaign is all about, on one hand we have refinery 29 and on the other we have Adidas. But together it’s the Lace Event bringing young and talented women together to express there creativity.

Very little is known about the creators that are involved in this event, The Lace Event is taking this time to know a little bit about who they are, what’s there creative process, what inspires them, and why is it important to have more women illustrators in the forefront in the creative community and how it will open doors for young creative women in the future.
